World Wide Knit in Public (a tale of two days and one long week)

here is the story of what is to come.
Yesterday I attended a very good event in Sydney's Martin Place organised by ACS (Australian Country Spinners). There was shelter, heat, yarn needles and since I was just there, hot chocolate from the Lindt Cafe. There were new friends, and one of my daughters and her friend, all knitting for the save the children cha (squares for children's blankets), pure wool given by ACS - think Patons, Cleckheaton, Panda amongst others. It was fun, I have now done four squares (there are 16 in a blanket, that's how small it is!

come on join in, drop offs are at Spotlight or Lindcraft, and it will make a small person warmer in a cold world!
